Accepting Vendors and Workshop Proposals for 2019

Spring is in the air, everything is in full bloom, we just completed Thunder Over Louisville this weekend, Beltaine is a couple of weeks away and we can smell the 145th running of the Kentucky Derby in the air.

Can you believe we are less than five months away from Louisville Pagan Pride Day, 2019! The staff of LPPD are lurking in the background to make sure we have a great time! We are choosing layouts, food vendors and other amenities.

We are accepting applications for merchants and information booths using this link and accepting workshop proposals using this link. If you have recently applied, don’t worry, we are getting to your application and our workshop coordinator will contact you soon!

Volunteering is easy! Click this link and come on out to play! Our volunteer coordinator will get back to you.

Just a reminder, parking is still free at the waterfront park for this event. If that changes, we will keep you informed.

Calling all Weather Witches!

Some of you may have noticed the weather forecast for this weekend of impending rain.  We are letting you know that Louisville Pagan Pride Day ’18 is still on.  The coordinators are looking at ways we modify the event to keep everyone safe and dry.

This is a “Rain or Shine” event and we have been very fortunate over the past several years to have more than positive weather.  Including one year that rained in the morning and then turned beautiful in the afternoon.  Lots of folks turned up after the rain stopped and it was a perfect day.  Such are the perils of an outdoor event.

There will be many events on the waterfront this year, and not just ours.  We are asking all Weather Witches out there to create a Weather Wedge around the city of Louisville to create a beautiful and perfect day on Saturday.  We are also including this into our opening ritual.

If you are unfamiliar to what a Weather Wedge is, please lend your energies and intentions to those that do, or your energies and intentions to creating a picture-perfect day.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at 11:00 AM on September 8 for Opening Ritual.
